Does anyone know where I can find information on the workings of vector graphics (OTHER than the fact that they use vectors, compared to storing actual pixel data, I know that part already).
I did a search on google, but all it came up with was how to use vector graphics programs such as CorelDraw, Illustrator, Adobe, and a new file format being created called SVG.
I couldnt find any technicalities about how vector graphics work.

Not sure if that's what you're looking for, it contains the recomendation made by the W3C for the SVG v1.1, which is the current version in use.
