Just the curious person inside me asking this.. Why do you want to know? If there is some personal reason then just don't answer, but I was just a little curious.

So... you're saying blind/deaf people aren't ordinary? Why couldn't a deaf person take an online course just like anyone else?

I am afraid my teacher from the office would complain me about deaf people can understand only sign language. They can't hear.
