    Introducing Myself.

    Hi Folks,
I just wanted to introduce myself. Originally I was going to do so by pleading a desperate plea for help on the General C++ Programming board but just as I was writing the post I had an inspiration and was able to figure out my programming problem.
My name is David Mackey, I'm nineteen and a Junior at college. I'm studying Pastoral Ministries (to be a Pastor) and currently work part-time for the University as the Computer Lab Supervisor. I've been working with computers most of my life and my main current projects right now are:
The Civil War Search Directory - www.civilwarsearch.com - A search directory of all things Civil War. Also includes message boards, chat, a banner exchange, and free webhosting.
DeBaun Art - www.debaunart.com - A client's website dealing with his own original fine art watercolors.
W.R. Hutsell's Wargames - www.dhq.nu/hutsell/ - I give away four free computer wargames. They were written in PDS (yes, a BASIC language) many years ago.
I just downloaded Bloodshed's Dev-C++ IDE with the MinGW GNU compiler and wrote my first three programs (a "Hello Word" and other such simplicities).
I've written a small bit in QBASIC and Visual Basic 5 and I'm pretty decent with HTML and am getting their with ASP (VBScript).
    Hmmm...Ohh, I'm married. ;-) To a wonderful small person.
Now that you know more than you ever wanted to know about me...Expect to see me posting regularly with 90% leaning towards the desperate, "Please Help Me! I'm Dying over this Code!"
    Take care.
    Respectfully,
    David Mackey.

Hahha...I only do that when I'm having a good day...now if I have a bad day, that's when it really gets bad.
