well, 20 people is hardly large enough of a sample to go by, as those twenty people could be during the first week of a new business. What you want to look for is something like Newegg.com's(which unfortunately, only ships to the continental US) ratings, which has hundreds upon hundreds of reviews, and has maintained a high 95-100% satisfaction rate over the multiple years it has been in business.From now on I guess I'll have to be the judge of whether a business is good or not.
