    From now on I guess I'll have to be the judge of whether a business is good or not.
    well, 20 people is hardly large enough of a sample to go by, as those twenty people could be during the first week of a new business. What you want to look for is something like Newegg.com's(which unfortunately, only ships to the continental US) ratings, which has hundreds upon hundreds of reviews, and has maintained a high 95-100% satisfaction rate over the multiple years it has been in business.

    Yeah. And how do you not know those 20 people are some of his friends or maybe just him putting those up there? It's not hard to fake that many responces if you go through a proxy server first.
