    I guess there are a lot of people here from the old board. Not me. I'm fairly new.

    I miss the old board. It was simple yet elegant (sigh). I still go back there sometimes.
    Code:
    #include <cmath>
    #include <complex>
    bool euler_flip(bool value)
    {
        return std::pow
        (
            std::complex<float>(std::exp(1.0)),
            std::complex<float>(0, 1)
            * std::complex<float>(std::atan(1.0)
            *(1 << (value + 2)))
        ).real() < 0;
    }

    >>> BTW, What happend to Chemanuel?

    He moved house, country and job, (although for the same company). He was working in Holland but was moving to mainland Spain. He told me he hoped to be back on the board at some unspecified time in the future. I hope so to, nice guy I thought.

    >>> I thought he lived in tenerife

    No, he was born there, but there is little work for his particular talent there, (bio-chemical engineering), only a small oil refinery which didn't hold any interest for him. He is researching enzyme activity.

    I knew you were going to say that.

    Thank you all for you interest and nice stuff!

    Yes I´m back but cannot promise to be often enough to catch up.

    Wow, last time I was here was so long ago that I can´t remember.

    adrianxw, I managed to modify the algorithm but your colleague was right: the trick is in deciding which are the starting points!!

    Let me wish you all a Happy New Year (Euro-Year at this side of Europe).

    Till next time.

    LoL...I don't remember the old board looking like that. I use to have a different name back then though. Hmm...I don't remember it looking like that...
