It all depends how the all powerful being felt at the time, if he wanted to make something that he couldn't lift then he would be able to create something that he couldn't lift, if he wanted to lift it he could lift it proving he can do anything he wanted at any time, being able to do both things at once may be something that we can't comprehend and the answer probably is 42, as was previously suggested, or yes.
