Uh okay here:
- 64-bit journaled filesystem (yeah i know linux has one too now, but we had it first) that supports partition sizes up to 17 (i think) terabytes.
- <10 second boot.
- near-orgasmic multitasking capabilities.
- awesome multimedia support.
- symetric multiple processor support.
- completely stable.
- it's free (well pe is).
- it's the only OS that i've found can play 8+ full length mpegs simeltaneously without hiccups on my crappy 266MHz PentiumII. (eat your heart out, Windows!) lol...
Of course, this isn't to say it doesn't have its cons as well...

The requirements is a Pentium processor with 64 MB of memory I think. I dunno, though. Other people have this problem and I guess this is one of the cons.... The most obvious is lack of drivers.

That doesn't surprise me because lack of advertising was Be, Inc.'s biggest mistake. They spent all their resources on development and nothing on advertising...

As far as the actual OS goes, I haven't found anything at all wrong or nasty about it.
