Thread: New contest master

I've never participated in one of these fun and exciting contests. What's the story with them?

ygf, I just noticed your sig. Ol' lady behind the counter.... you still a pearl jam nut after vedder went all-out politics? I love their old stuff especially from ten and vs even though some vs. material is politics. I get turned off when entertainers think they're big friggin intellectuals and Vedder went off the deep end with it.

Okay, here's the deal. I've never run any contests before, and only participated in a handfull, so let me know if something doesn't work.

I was thinking about having the usual suggestions and "big" contests that last a week or few. In addition to that, there would be "almost daily" contests that are considerably simpler and typically grade only one category. In addition to that, contests will be given a varying difficulty so that everyone can participate without being bored or overwhelmed.

What I would like is to get contests going that have more than five or six contestants and one or two final entries.

Good? Bad? Looney?

for every day contest i would sugest function writing which take some output and gives deired output.. Like say the sum of first n Prime numbers etc etc in the shortest time etc etc,, u get it right!!!
