if they weigh the same as a duck, they float and thus they're made of wood. you can then see that they would burn just like a witch and therefore they're lying.
The word rap as it applies to music is the result of a peculiar phonological rule which has stripped the word of its initial voiceless velar stop.
First off, the polygraph is a dumb machine. All it can do is report is 'measured response'. That's why they 'baseline', so they can see any physiological response that deviates from the baseline.
The reason most people get nervous when they lie, is because there is a factor of discovery involved-- leading to an _emotion_ called fear. It is emotion which causes the release of chemicals such as adrenaline, causing pupils to dialate, hair to stand up, body to sweat.
This is called the 'fight or flight' response. The body does these things in preparation for heightened awareness, heightened muscle activity/strain, and excessive exertion.
The first thing one must understand is this-- perception is reality. Which means in most cases only you know the 'truth'. They wouldn't be asking if they didn't know it. That truth can be whatever you wish it to be. Whatever you believe it to be. Heck, you _want_ them to find out the truth-- the truth you present.
Believe in your answers, and think about sex. Get an erection, or a buzz, depending on your gender and maintain it. Sex is the number one way to mediate your emotions because it causes a whole-body physiological response that you can control. Do that after you baseline. Adopt a 1000-yard stare, visualize sex to the point of exclusion, and then just answer questions slowly and monotonously. don't flex unless it's your pud, keep fingers and toes lose.
And remember-- polygraphs aren't legally admissible, so there is no risk anyone. No risk, no fear.
It is not the spoon that bends, it is you who bends around the spoon.
