I spend 12 hours a day cleaning public toilets for less than minimum wage. I make quite a bit servicing computers, too... plus I start another job soon.

yes, you should.....I did some illegal pot dealing and washed cars. Should I put those as jobs on my resume?
maybe, you get a job at the police (in the jail)
I've done some stupid jobs, like:
-supermarket
-carwashing
-other stuff
to earn some money.....
I wouldn't write them on my CV
Okay, at 13 it isn't a "job" -- it's a "chore."Originally posted by ZakkWylde969
Well I was a farmer, manufacter, wholeseller, and carwashman at the age of 13. Quite and accomplishment eh?
That would mean I could say that at 13 I was a garbage man,
chef (yeah, I microwaved some burritos), and a cartoon critic.
Selling pot a chore?
The word rap as it applies to music is the result of a peculiar phonological rule which has stripped the word of its initial voiceless velar stop.
But the thing is, if you've done nothing other than low-level jobs, you have nothing to put under 'education' section in the resume.
Where the HECK do you live? Selling pot at 13? I know that I could get it if I wanted it easily enough (I'm 17) and I know I've been around people who had it on them, but the first time I actually saw it out in the open was a few days ago, when two ladies were smoking joints at a concert at the Cherry Festival. Morons. Must have been tourists. Locals smoke it elsewhere.
Away.
Ehh, for some reason I don't believe that a 13 yr old who seems to spend a lot of time on a computer sells drugs. And if you really do, why "brag" about it here? I know I don't care and I am sure most others here don't either. And selling drugs is hardly a casual work, so it doesn't really fit in this thread. I think this is one of those "trying to be cool" things....
does sitting around and eating chips count as a job or chore? I guess it really must be a job *and* a chore because I did it when I was 13 but I still do it now! I'm frickin sweet in all ways!
My first true job was(is) doing phone tech support.
Naturally I didn't feel inspired enough to read all the links for you, since I already slaved away for long hours under a blistering sun pressing the search button after typing four whole words! - Quzah
You. Fetch me my copy of the Wall Street Journal. You two, fight to the death - Stewie

For the money. Going to school or university is not for free here, so students have to work to earn money to pay their school or university. Also money is usefull to go out with friends or to go on holiday. That were the main reasons for me to do such jobs.
I don't do it anymore. (little trouble...)). I live in GA.

Nah. I was just having a little fun with that. Serious threads are reallly boring. Selling pot is causal work. Its not that hard. And for the last thing. Don't take much offence from this people. But why would I want to impress computer nerds I would never meet over the internet? I'm not that pitiful.
