Well I finally did my 6th workout. When it came to bench press I did 185 * 7 repititions. Than I tried for more weight.//old record

I'm talking free weights, not machine. I could likely add another 50 lbs if I benched on a machine, and another 20 lbs free weight if I used a thin bar rather than an olympic bar.//new record
//205lbs * 4 repititions
//Olympic free weights
Can you beat this? I know some guys can, crush this, but it's not that bad for a programmer!
