That slays me......The report said Karnamoni's canine marriage did not take place immediately after her first tooth appeared because her father's financial problems did not allow for a wedding at the time.
How much does it cost to marry off your daughter to a doberman these days? I suppose all that dog food for the groom's family at the receprion and a dowery of 500 bones can make things difficult if you are a little short one month

I atleast now have an idea how we are viewed outside our world of thinking.... I do agree that we have a lot of things that needs to be fixed here, some of our cultural habits may sound odd to outsiders.... and some are wrong indeed.....
Any way thanx for all your inputs.. atleast now i can to some extent understand the mindset of non-Indians towards Indians.. Belive me it is a big debate here everyday..
