    Contacting Microsoft

Does anyone know how to do so? I have a question about pricing and was wondering how I could do so. Their site is so cryptic.

I have to call M$ everytime I reformat my XP partition to get those damn access codes. And they have the nerve to charge me just for the short time I'm on the phone. I'm thinking about installing the cracked version of XP just so I don't have to keep calling Microsoft.

I'd like to use email, but I don't own the product in question. I have questions about buying it.

That's ok, MS will be happy to help you buy their software.

Their OS's are way over priced. Since when do you have to call microsoft for access codes? I activate my XP online.

Microsoft is the source of evil in the computer world (BUUUUUUUUUUUURN 'EM!)! If you have a "PC" install unix on it!
They say that if you play a Windows Install CD backwords, you hear satanic messages. That's nothing; play it forward and it installs Windows.

Yeh, I fell foul to the 'having to ring to activate' after yet another format..........guess i used up my net ones..

Anyhow there is a thread about that in the tech forum right now..

Oh yes-my point-In UK it is a free phone number, and last time I rang it was on a BANK HOLIDAY and they STILL answered...wow....no bugger else works on a bank holiday..

I attempted a net activate late last night, and it accepted it. That's weird. I've been having to call, because the activate thingy says that my key has been overused.
