    At risk of embarassing myself...

    I got a 960

Lol, I still don't understand why I'm nearly a straight A student... maybe I should have prepared for it a bit... I just dislike the fact I was so far ahead of the SAT levels, I feel like if I had taken it my freshmen or sophomore year I might have been a bit more prepared.

If you don't do well on the SAT's it's not that big of a deal. I went to a community college, possibly with plans to go to a 4 year next.

Most community college's don't give a crap about your SAT scores. They're cheaper than universities and big colleges, plus they help prepare you for the bigger schools as well. Kinda a stepping stone between highschool and a 4 year school.

I graduated with my Associates in Technical Arts for computer systems design and development with approx. a 3.4 GPA. Would have been better, but I had some seriously lame teachers and made a few bad class decisions myself (such as the un-needed history class that got a 0.00 in). If I had jumped straight into the University of Washington most likely my GPA would have been nowhere near that, yet I can start at UW now as a Junior

SAT's aren't everything... at least not IMHO.

I'm not going to edit it this time but please remember:

This board's policy with profanity is that it's the thought that counts. It's obvious what was intended by the $ing out of letters. Please do not post it this way. Just find better ways to express yourself.

I normally would do this through a PM, but I was I'm posting this since we haven't "discussed" this in a while and I want to remind everyone.

    Secondary note:

1330 ain't bad, that's over the 80th percentile. It's within the "admissions range" for almost all colleges.

Oh and trust me - practice helps take it again, my score went up over 200 points through practicing for that stupid test.

I posted this once before, but it was lost...

I'm a bit disappointed in my SAT score, although I guess I shouldn't be. I got a 1490...I wanted to break 1500. Another 10 points would have made me happy. 780 Math/710 Verbal.
    Away.
