I wont count them out (Lakers), but It looks like the Spurs may finally get to the Lakers.

I like the Mavs, since Webber is injured, that will definitely help the Mavs.

    Mav's all the way, baby!!!

I want the Spurs to knock off the Lakers and I wouldn't be too upset if Duncan and the boys won it. Give the Admiral a great retirement present.

I'd love for the Spurs to win it all to give David Robinson a great retirement present.

I'd love for the Nets to win it all because of the complete turn-around that team has made with JK on the roster.

I'd love for the Pistons to win it all because the Sixers knocked off the Hornets and for that the Sixers deserve to get sent packing.

I'd love for the Mav's to win it all just because I love the Mavs.

As long as it's not the Lakers I'm happy. With the exception of yesterday's game they just seem sluggish and lazy lately.

If the Lakers win again I think I'll puke. It drives me nuts that they can sleepwalk through the entire season and then start trying once the playoffs start.

If I had to root for a team, I'd pick the Mavs since noone gave them a chance, although I'd like the Kings to win it all too since they got screwed last year.

Go Kings. I would like to see 76ers meet the Kings for the Championship. The Kings would win of course.

The Nets are on a roll but it'll be interesting to see what they do up against the Sixers.

As for the West I'd love to see a Texas-Texas Conference final series between the Dallas and San Antonio.

Little premature with this, aren't we? Last I looked Detroit was
kicking Philly's butt all over the place.

I'm thinking (hoping) the Nets will beat Detroit and meet San
Antonio in the finals. Unfortunately, the Spurs big men will eat them alive. Joisey needs a big tough center to be a legit
contender, but they're still the beast of the East, which should be good enough for about fourth place in the West.
    No. Wait. Don't hang up!

The Mav's are up 3-2 now and so far the Spurs are beating LA (though it is still the 1st quarter).
