I'd vote for some Laurel and Hardy or some Charly Chaplain stuff. They knew how to make movies back in the day...
Modern ones... I'd go for Freddy got fingered. The scene where he was playing on the piano and trying to eat with all these strings and meats all over... It cracked me up. I couldn't stop laughing for 5 minutes. If Rube Goldberg were 5, he could have come up with something like that.
Other than that... Scream. It's lame as a horror, but it was insanely funny.

Dumb and Dumber and Ace Ventura: Pet Detective are bad ........... Some other movies mentioned and that are on the poll are cool too. Like Amer Pie, Amer Pie 2, South Park, Office Space, Meet the Parents, and some others I can't think of right now.
EDIT: can't forget about Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison either.
