WinZip and perhaps other such programs offer file spanning which can be used to compresses a file across multiple floppy disks if you have them available. If you have the programs on the source/destination machines then it should be no problem.

i find out one thing,when i right click the mouse?its gives me one thing, BUILD VCD! what's that means? curious to knw it.

Build Virtual CD? Somehow I don't think that's going to work for you... it'll probably just create a virtual drive on the hard drive of the machine... most likely I would imagine that would be locked out in a cybercafe so that even if you click it, it won't work.
Unless it means build video CD, in which case, it still probably won't work.
Just buy the CD.
