Tell me...
How bad is this? My best friend is having his 21'st birthday party tonight, and I'm stuck at work doing nightshift. I can only go and get platered after work. Meaning hat I miss out on the best part of the party.

What's the job you're doing? It depends on what you're doing
how much flexibility the working time's have.
But you can indeed try to report sick, Alltough i doubt that it's
going to work on such a short term.
Can't, already at work. It's now 20:15.
besides I already used a lot of excuses for parties. My boss is getting kinda suspisous.
don't think he'll like that so much, but I'll get a massive kick out of it.Better yet - call in drunk
Actually, our boss told that if it's our birthday, he's giving us off for that day and the day after 'cos he doesn't believe that we will be "productive" with a hangover
