Not liking her doens't make you shallow, posting something like this and using phrases like "ewww" and "fat chick" make you shallow.

A better way to handle the situation, and the best imo, would be to just tell her your not interested in a way thats sensitive to her feelings.

Example: "I think your a very sweet girl, and i'm an idiot for passing up the chance to be with you, but i'm just not ready to have someone in my life, i still have alot of things that are hanging over me from my last relationship, and i haven't really been given the chance to heal."

This solves your problem, and lets her down decently easy. Its alot better then "I'm shallow and fat chicks r like eww.".
