    He's kidding (at least I hope).

    Generally C++ and some assembly is used to make games. Some of most common API's used are all of the APIs in the DirectX SDK, and OpenGL (in terms of commercial development that is).

    Not totally true, they use COBOL as well

    Wrongo... they use COLDFUSION with some HTML on top.

    when they really want to make the game go fast they program in ASCII.
