Talking The worst and most useless programming language?

I'm just curious does every language have it's unique advantages? Or do some languages just plain suck? For the sake of replies, which language do you personally dislike? I myself can't really say, I started in C and have mainly stayed in C except for a little bit of Java. BTW, how is brain****?

Would you mind elaborating on why you don't like it since i don't know anything about that particular language? Nothing drawn out or anything just few reasons would be cool. In the meantime i'll do some research on it.

I did that. Hopefully, moi won't follow the fashion of the day and go on a spamming rampage.

No, it's not - it's not used in new development, usually, but there's oodles of legacy COBOL code....

So, since it's not used in new code, I guess you could call it obsolete?

Actually ive seen this before. I know its pretty useless, but its cool how this language can do so much in so little characters, but is VERY confusing. Still, it would be fun writing a compiler for it

But it is - my dad spends most of his time coding in it, for mainframes. I'm sure he's not the only COBOL coder left in the world.

    Wink

I had to write a few COBOL programs going through school. What until some of you get to grad school in CS- you may have to write your own language or "pseudo" language for a class!
