    Smile 6000th member

I see this site got its 6000th member. Nice job. So how many more members will join by Jan 1?

    My Guess: less than 100

Also, anyway to tell how many people have joined since Jan 1 of this year? and How many members have joined each month?

WOW, ZiNoX is the 6000th member. Over at flashdaddee there are only 279 members, but I guess it isnt as old as this one. Although lots of the members here have zero posts, or very few if you look at the stats, so it is kind of misleading.

When I first registered with Cprogramming.com, I made some posts and then stopped for a long time, then I returned to the forum, and now I visit the forum daily... I mean that many of those who have low post counts may come back and start visiting and in the forum every day, maybe some of them are viewing the forum, but they don't have anything to post.

    Question

Any special reason most of the top ten posters joined on the same date?

Yeah - we all met in secret and took the board by storm.

It's the day the board switched to vB from UBB.

    Go old board! Woo woo!

By the way, anybody remember the link to the old board? I know it comes up occasionally...and the link to it is around here in one of these threads on this board....

I don't know - I just use the Wayback Machine whenever I want to look at the old board. So blue, so pure

Sweet, I'm on page 37. And why were there so many people who joined on 8-10-01? Is that when the site started?
