    Hmmm.... that's odd...

I just went to the General board, and it said smilies and vbCode is on; in this board it says both are off.

    good board

The new look is good. This board system is faster... How do we insert spaces into our posts?

    does this work?

    &nbsp&nbsp&nbspOr this?

    At least there's this
    [SPACE]?

    [TAB]?

    sees what works

I guess the formatting utility is needed again..

Or will the questions only contain snippets, and people attach the complete files where the problems are?

    Hey Kermi...

    Forum Rules:

    HTML code is OFF
    vB code is OFF
    Smilies are OFF
    [IMG] code is OFF

Strangely enough, smilies and vB code are on in the General board.

Ohhh.nevermind. It has 3 pages! See, I was thinking that the end of the page was the thread's end. Anyone know how I can make it all one page like in the old UB?

    what you can do

in your user profile->options you can set the number of posts per page. The max is 40.. that's what I've got it set to. It would be nice if it could be higher, but this feature could be handy for big threads like the "True Believe" and "Who's your favourite Pokemon"

Does anybody else have to scroll right to see the buttons at the top of the page?

    I'm using Mozilla-2001 08 03 03.

It seems to have been fixed. Perhaps when I upgraded (now 2001 08 10 03), or perhaps webmaster fixed it. I withdraw my complaint.

    hmmmmm

Well i usually stick with the c and game boards but i noticed that the new c++ boards actually have posts. But since you asked about the new boards all I can say is that I was told that I was already registered under some user name i've never used (or seen anyone else use) and actually had to erase the cprogramming.com cookies off my hard drive for the registration process to work right. I'm sure all the bugs will be worked out but that is still frustrating.
