    im using ftp voyager 9, every time i try and get a file froma mirror, it refuses to log me in and then times out!

    I've never had a problem downloading ISOs from Internet Explorer or any other browser from any mirrors. IE's FTP implementation is not the best but seems to work.

    found a solution, using ftp voyager, connect to the complete address including filename and then manually issue a get command.

    ftp://redhat.pacific.net.au/linux/re....0/en/iso/i386

    is a fast site with correct iso's if anyone wants to get them, the md5's compare ok and its a fast site.
