Anyone know or know where to get formulas for body metabolism, and generic formulas for calories burned during exercise and the like? I can find flat rates for durations of a few minutes, but i want the generic formula. Thanks.

nevermind everyone i've finally found a formula
turns out theres some decimal values out there floating around for certain exercises...that gets multiplied by the weight times the time of exercise and walaa!! In case anyone's interested in some of the data feel free to email me.
