Microsoft doesnt like Opera?

I dont know, it could just be my computer, although I just got XP on it, so it should be fine.

When I try to set Opera as my main broswer, I click the little box so it doesnt come up again, and click YES. Then opera freezes. If I click no, the box dissappears, and its all find and dandy.

Could it be Microsoft, or is it just my computer?

Click what little box? An option in Opera, or in Windows Exploder?

I have Opera on XP. Seems fine.

Well I tried it again today, and now it allows me to make it the default browswer. Weird.

Well, software doesn't have a "will", but sometimes they have bugs...

It was a joke. I dont really think that Microsoft or Opera for that matter would write their code to do that.

I run opera with xp and it works just fine, the only thing is, eveytime i open up ie for something, it will give me a line telling me how it's not the default browser and hassle me every webpage until i change it.

Programs Tab
uncheak Internet Explorer Should cheak to see whether it is the defult browser.
