Just drink water then. What is gatorade?

1 cup of coffee every other month? WOW. Its not poison you know.

And how the Umm can you say you have more energy than some1 that drinks coffee every day? Weird comparison.
    Such is life.

It's a paradox. Caffeine, like most stimulants, causes you to be tired and groggy after the "high" wears off. So unless the coffee drinker is drinking all day long then it's a good comparison.

Well there's the solution. Just drink coffee all day long until it comes out your ears.

But you see the 'low' seems to stay the same. I personally always get really tired. If anything the low gets lower. The high however, well, now it doesn't even seem like a 'high', it's just a slight elevation above falling asleep, but I always fall asleep in my 'lows' anyway. So in the long run coffee is turning out to be my arch nemesis.

The only time you are gaining from coffee is the month it takes for you to build a tolerance to it.

Try drinking nothing but clean water for a week... I gaurantee you'll feel much better waking up by the end.

I'm totally addicted to Coke. I've gone a day without it and it was hell!
