The Tour of Duty Theme music

Anyone remember that old series about Vietnam called Tour of Duty? I'm trying to get a downloadable sound file of the song. There were two theme songs if I remember correctly - one had lyrics and sounded a bit like rock, and the other was all instrumental - I'm after the latter one. I've looked around everywhere, and I can't find a free downloadable copy - I have checked at 4anything.com and all their subsites. Thanks in advance if you can help.

I think the theme tune to tour of duty was "paint it black" by the rolling stones..... Tune and a half!

I highly doubt that the Rolling Stones would be doing the instrumental version. Thanks Shadow!

Neither of those links above worked. Anyone else? I've searched through google several times to no avail.

cant help with the instrumental but as I told u before the rocky theme song is Paint it black by the rolling stones. Go out and buy the album and donate as much to the glorious producer as you see fit. Have you tried looking in a good music store for the instrumental?

Oh, and it's definetly "Paint it Black". When you are in the store you can also look for the various cover versions, most of them rock.

mmm....paint it black. Was also the end titles theme for The Devil's Advocate if you'd rather get that one.

    Or roughly

    Verse is
    Em..................................B
    |I see a line of cars and |there all painted black,|
    Em......................................B
    |With flowers and my love, |never to come back,

    Chorus
    Em......D......G......Em......B
    |I see the people look and |quickly turn a way,|
    Em......D......G......Em......B
    |Like a new born babyyyy,| it just happens every day
