    Honk of you like cookies.

I saw some protesters in downtown Salt Lake City the other day.
They were holding signs that said "honk for peace." Most of them
were teenage kids; around 15, I'm guessing.

"Peace" is too broad of topic to rally for...

I would like to go down and hold signs that say "Honk if you like
    cookies." It would amuse me

100 cool points to anyone who can tell me where "Honk if you
    like cookies" comes from...

What do we do if we don't like cookies. Run you down instead?

Heres a shot at the 100 cool bucks.
Is it from the Simpspons, I know Ive seen it on that show. The teachers were on strike.

I dont even see why you would want people to honk for peace, it just wont do anything.

wouldn't honking for peace cause noise and disturb the peace thus having a negative effect?

Hmm, tell ya what, ethic...next time I'm in SLC, that's what we'll do. I'll bring some friends and cookies, and we can give people free cookies.

    "special cookies", hb?

BTW: It was the simpsons episode when the teachers went on strike. Krabable tricked Skinner into thinking that she had tons of support behind her by holding a "Honk if you like cookies" sign.

Haha...oh yeah, you know it. They're special all right, they've got chunks of German chocolate in them.

We made "chessecake cookies" in home economics today, and one group put 1/2 cup of baking soda stead of 1/4 teaspoon in theirs, they were special alright : x

I saw the same protesters today... Yep, they're still dumb.

There were some people on the street passing out free ice-cream
sandwiches (I'm assuming they were ice-cream sandwiches. If
not, then they were some other frozen product that may or
may not have been derived from ice cream)...

    I didn't get one, though.
