Kermi3, I love you. I think when I was a child I was covered (smothered, really) by hormones of the other sexuality in the whom.

    Sorry...couldn't resist.

I could honestly care less what someone's sexual orientation was, but if I knew, it's not like either one would make me nervous or uncomfortable.

I wouldn't care. Two of my best friends are gay and I don't care about that. They are just another person to me.

Here's a related question: Do heterosexuals make homosexuals uncomfortable? If not, why the hell should a homosexual make me uncomfortable?

really? it may very well end with this topic getting deleted now that you pushed this into the flaming vein.

Civix has multiple times told me he wasn't even looking to become a mod.

Also, why should he take out his frustrations on me? It's kinda hard to type and get rid of frustrations.. if he was frustrated i'm sure he'd be smart enough to take out his agression in a more intelligent place than a keyboard.
Thankyamuch, Aran, you sure saved me an a........load of typing.

I would like to agree wit some of you adn disagree with others. Its not whether or not i KNOW they are gay, but how i found about it that would probably be the deciding factor. If the gay person hit on ME, then i would definately hold some animosity toward them. If i saw them hitting on other guys, i think i would probably be wary of them. But, if they are like one of my friends, who has never showed a sign of it, ever, and i only know because he told me, then i would definately be OK with it. I think it would improve my opinion of them if they trusted be enough, and were confortable enough, to tell me such a thing. This is in the scope of a friend, i've never come across anything like it with superiors.

I have no problem being friends with and working with gay people. I don't like how some are overly "out there", but I don't think a person with that personality would get a job here in the first place.

Please don't bump threads this old. If you're intrested in a topic that is older than a week or so post a new thread and link it.
