Expect a short outage tonight or tomorrow

I'm going to close the board to upgrade to the latest version of vBulletin. The board will be down for around fifteen minutes either tonight or tomorrow. The upgrade should prevent unregistered users from posting with registered member's usernames.

Well, they came out with a new version, and it will fix some bugs, so why wait to upgrade?

Well, for some reason the upgrade didn't work; I'll try again when I figure out why. Expect a short outage sometime within the next few days.

Why is it that when I type: www.cprogramming.com I get the welcome screen from the SSL/TLS-aware Apache webserver and when I try: 64.191.83.15 I get the cprogramming main page?
