    Troll king, where are you from??? Ads can only be localized by country, from what I know (being a webmaster myself).

    And most sites don't localize ads, 99% don't, I can assure you that.

    More or less, free sites likes this aren't making a whole lot of money off of banners, so clicking on them a couple of times just for fun isn't doing anything. This sites must be paying a heck of a lot of money in bandwidth, so next time you click on a banner ad, try purchasing something as well. And don't be annoyed by pop ups, because the day pop ups are gone, so will a lot of free sites.

    think of the increase in site quality if pop-ups dissapeared.

    There'd be more and more people investing more time in their websites because they are paying for them, therefor increasing the quantity and quality of content and presentation.

    I dont think they are localized, although that probably would help out profits, if people actually looked at them, instead of closing them immediately. I get a pop up ad for an ISP, that I have never heard of.
