Ok im running win 2000 and currently have 3 partitions on my hd unfortunately i need more space on the first partion as win 2000 is about 1.4 G installed so basically im running low on space at the moment .
Is there any way that i can repartition the drive without reinstalling the whole os

I heard some tool could do it without format your disk. what about Partition Magic ?

Parition magic is definitely what you want. Its easy to use, and can create, reize, or destroy NTFS, as well as FAT32 and other, partitions
I think the lastest version of Partition Magic (Version 7) would do you a great favour.
