    Board with more traffic?

Is there another C++ board out there anywhere that gets more hits/Has more experienced coders on it? There isn't a lot of discussion on this one. It's mostly beginners looking for help.

This is not to say I don't like this board. I do, I just would like to see more posts by coders who know what they are talking about.

The news groups comp.lang.c++ and comp.lang.c++.moderated (especially the latter) often have good discussions about C++, including posts by guys who have written popular books and are members of the standard comittee.

I often browse it through google groups.

Although you will find pretty much the same everywhere, newbies want answers, and fast to "dumb" questions, more experienced programmers know how to "read the manual" or "search the web", hence we tend not to ask questions in forums.

    >>> coders who know what they are talking about.

There are some very fine coders here, however, it is not a law that they answer questions. Sadly, there are also a lot of poor coders who think they are good coders and give poor advice - again, you will find that everywhere.

You don't have the ear to listen to the truth, that is if the truth was told to you, it would go in one ear and out the other taking no effect on your mind.

I suggest for you to joing MSDN and use their private member forums. When you have matured you can come back here.
