    Sad loss

I don't usually pass on sad news like this, but sometimes we need to pause and remember what life is all about. There was a great loss recently!

Larry LaPrise, the Detroit native who wrote the song "Hokey Pokey" died a few weeks ago at age 83.

It was extremely difficult for the family to get him in the casket. They put his left leg in and ..... well, you know the rest.

We probably changed it when it came over here, but the original is 'hokey Pokey'
Not that I'm an expert on the subject though, even if I do dance like my dad.

im telling you it was hokey kokey!

In England pokey could be construed as 'a bit rude'

    like (eg) " I poked her" means * ****** *** ****** ***

    HEHE

    So, we have hokey kokey
    Such is life.
