    MS-DOS in XP

MS-DOS does exist in XP, sort of. No not the command prompt. A floppy disk. OK, to have MS-DOS, go to My Computer, right click on the FloppyDrive and chooose format. Check the checkbox "Create a MS-DOS start up disk" and click Start. It will make MS-DOS on disk. To run, restart comp with disk in drive

You can probably do this in earlier versions of Windows

No, it doesn't. You're completly outside of XP when you restart with an MS-DOS startup disk. If this were true, I could say Linux does exist in Windows, because when I restart I can choose Linux to start with.

I didn't mean IN XP, just that you can use it.
