    howdy,
i have spend a conciderable amount of time in Roswell New Mexico and and have studied a lot of the documents they have in the UFO research center there as well.
the information they have there is pretty darn convicing.
    i voted yes.

    >> Someone has calculated the odds of aliens existence to

Is this a reliable source, and if so do you recall who stated this ratio? I would like to know how he/she came up with this ratio.

95 million to 1 is a bull**** figure. We have no way of calculating a meaningfull figure for the probability of extra-terestrial life because there are FAR too many unknowns.

    as quoted from the site

<<So who knows? But it does tend to make you want treat our planet and its unique inhabitants with some respect

Basically the author of this is intentionally leaving it open ended. It's not so much a question of is it correct or not, but more so here is one way of thinking about it, and he's even inviting his reader's to come up with their own calculation's.

Yes, the diversification of life on this planet on this planet hints at such a possibility. More proof, Our solar system is one out of many in the universe (entire), knowing this you would doubt the possibility of life somewhere out there. The real question is "the level of intellect as compared to ours."

In other words, if you teach your cat to bark (output) and eat dog food (input) that doesn't make him a dog. It would have to chase cars, chew bones, and have puppies before I'd call it Rover ;-)
