what is a domain based network??
A network that use a domain server to control access to the network. Most home networks are using a workgroup model but when you get more computers(10-12) it gets really hard to manage useraccess. You then use a server that lets user sign up on the network and the server give them the right privilage. In a workgroup you sign into your computer but in a doman you sign into the network...sort of
