    The Non-Spoiler Ep II thread.

    Hehe, midnight showings are fun...

Samuel L. Jackson proves truely that he is the Jedi that says "Yeah hand me the lightsaber, the one that says 'bad motha-****a on it!"

    Unfortunately, Jar- Jar lives on.

Oh yeah, and two syllables for you: Yo- Da.

That is all, a small rant with no spoilers, as this thread should be.

Hehe - yes! Him and Sam L. were the best parts of that movie.

Yes, midnight showings are fun. The line to get your ticket ripped stretched all the way around the lobby and into the parking lot. We got there an hour early, and were still near the back. The way they split up the theaters sucked, though. No matter what time your ticket was for, you got slotted into the first theater with empty seats. That means a bunch of people with 12:00 tickets didn't get to go until 12:05 or 12:10 or so. We got into the 12:00, though.

    >Unfortunately, Jar- Jar lives on.

Yeah, but at least he was only in the movie for like 5 minutes (and thoroughly killed those 5 minutes).

Yeah, I don't want to give it away; but there was this one scene with yoda... that got a standing ovation.

I went to the midnight showing at a really old fashioned cinema. Ushers in red coats etc, they even have the organ that rises up through the floor on the stage in front of the screen. When we were all seated the floor opened up, and the organ started with the Star-Wars theme. Up it rose with the organ player in full Darth Vader costume giving the theme music heaps on the organ. The crowd went NUTS!

I have only one thing to say. Natalie Portman (aka senator Amidala) in her white outfit -OMFG-.

Just saw it last night and that scene was amazing. I think everybody has a new found respect for Yoda! And while Yoda and Windu definitely made the movie great, I was definitely suprised by Anakin's part (Hayden Christensen). The acting was great.

I never read the books so learning all the intricate parts of the plot were great (like where the clones came from, etc.).
