I am just a curious guy that like to ask stupid questions

1. Have anyone ever been blocked/banned from this board?
2. What does it take to be banned from this board?
3. What should it take to get banned?

i was wondering the same, i was just looking at the thread i'm not gonna mention, obviously some people quite deliberately set out to offend as much as possible and take great delight in it. even to the point of loving it if they deliberately drive someone off the board. sort of a cyber-bully. the more hurt they cause the more enjoyment they get. strange mentality, guess its replacing something missing in their real life. guess they are bullied little weenies.....

the answer to your question is that it looks like it is impossible to be banned.

(course i might be a bit offensive too, but i'ts not the same...)

I don't like being banned. It's all bright sunny and smelly out here.People are talking to me.It's scary. I miss the nice friendly glow from the board.

No... But recently we've had some close calls.

I dunno, but I felt kicking some cyber ass when I read a thread that I am not going to mention, that they were talking not too kindly (not all people just some, you know who you are) about some of the great coders of cprog.......Kick some cyber ass......yes!!!!!!! I think you people should PM apologizing or even more so, apologize publicaly on a thread!!!!!!!!!

Ok, so I'm confused. I just read what I could find on the rules, but its not much. So if someone gets their CAPS KEY STUCK WILL THEY BE BANNED?

If your CAPS key is stuck you should either get a enw keyboard or hold down your shift key.

No, seriously, I mean what you need to swear all the time or post nudity, or what. ........ the mods of, which I guess is a good way. But I think Barjor has a good question here? Are the rules I stated above what will get you banned?

Nobodys going to catch hell just because of a mistake (or even two... or so...). It just the blatant disregard for common sense and decency that will catch our attention. The "disregard" in question will be brought to the offenders attention (ofter several times). Nothing has ever needed to proceed past that point. Hopefully it never will. Except for a couple bad seeds, we've got pretty pleasant members here.
