    Relaxation techniques

Anyone know any good relaxation techniques?

I feel like I'm about to cave in my monitor with my keyboard.
Lead me not into temptation... I can find it myself.

    ever tired mediation?

I do it all the time, especially when feeling frustrated.

Not too hard to learn either.

Slow, deep breathing is a good way to start.
I usually put on some mellow music; that always does it for me.
If a tree falls in the forest, and no one is around to see it, do the other trees make fun of it?

Jello shooters, although management frowns on that sort of thing.

One thing I like to do to relax is take a brief walk. Five minutes wandering outside the building is refreshing.

Depends on where you are. If you are alone at home, I like those boxing and kicking Tae-Bo stuff...

She was so Blonde, she spent 20 minutes looking at the orange juice can because it said "Concentrate."

When in doubt, read the FAQ.
    Then ask a smart question.

If at home... lie down in bed, close your eyes and dream nice things.. that usually relaxes me.
