    Question any one know what this file does - jdbgmgr.exe

    i'm wondering cos i got a hoax virus alert e mail saying to find this file and delete it.......

    looks like a manager of some sort....

    anyone know.....

    It's a hoax.

    It has something to do with Java I think

    check here. don't delete it

    JDBGMGR.EXE is the Microsoft Debugger Registrar for Java (whatever that means). Norton says it's a hoax (the warning, not the file).
