    IRC Client

    Hi every1!!! I was wondering how difficult it would be to write an IRC client and I'm also wondering why there are not that many IRC clients. There's mIRC and about 3/4 others. Anyway, what necessary features would you like to see in an irc client, any ideas?

    (Windows btw)

    there are java clients. look at eIRC, for starters.
