    Dual boot

    I would like to dual boot W2k and RH 7.2. From what I have gathered I should install W2K first and then RH's boot loader will give me the option between starting RH and W2K. Well I did that and the Boot loader will only show RH. Did I do something wrong or am I supposed to change some settings?

    Are you using LILO? If so, is Windows listed in your /etc/lilo.conf?

    No I am using the other one. Doesn't matter to me if I change to LILO. How should I list windows in my lilo cfg? I am not at my puter right now so I can't really tell you what is in there. I just did a flat instalation on a different disk then windows.

    Adding these two lines to the end of your lilo.conf should be enough:
    Code:
    other=/dev/hda # Assuming Win is on your C drive
      label=Win2k
    HTH,
