If it's the Robert Sedgewick book then it's supposed to be pretty good.
got the c++ one, it's fantastic. you've been ripped off if you bought the c one for full price, I think
although I wouldn't mind having a copy of that either. I got mine for 52 bucks canadian.

Then read it many many times, this is an excellent book and I highly recommend reading it until you've memorized itPart 5 is also quite good, but a bit harder to find.
$72 seems like a lot, I got it for $45. But however much it was, it's worth it.
