Yes, but they're skating on thin ice with the trust issues.

However it's a strange situation. Sun sues Microsoft telling them they can't change Java, so Microsoft creates it's own language and then Sun sues saying Microsoft must use Java. Which would mean that Microsoft were forced to use something they don't want; which is the exact opposite of what some would claim Microsoft have been doing to others for years.

However, everyone fears the monopoly. Therefore, Sun might try to prove that Java is their main money-maker and without it, they would be in trouble. This would show that Microsoft is purposely trying to put companies out of business. Then, if Sun did this, Microsoft would probably try to prove that Sun can do other stuff well besides Java. It would be pretty funny if this happened.

Java sucks.
Microsoft sucks.
EA/AOL/Netscape/Time-Warner/ICQ/Winamp sucks
Borland sucks.

Computers pretty much suck.
