    Thats ummm, someone the infinitely prolonged (been a few years since I read HGG). He travels the universe insulting people, in alpabetical order, hoping the path his spaceship takes spells a very rude word. Does Dent twice.

    That was Slartibartfast, a Magrathean planetary designer. (Spelling dubious). Won an award for Norway, second time round they gave him Africa to do.
