What is this "C.O.D.E." you speak of?
ME, no jk. I suck compared to some people here.
But really, there are probably different programmers that are better than others at different things, i.e. GUI's, drivers, optimization, algorithms, ect.
as far as knowing everything about everything I would say Salem or Sayeh hands down.
for
C: Salem or Sayeh
C++: Varied
Windows: Sunlight(gone), Esss(gone), adrianxw, nvoigt, ect...
Dos: is again Salem,Sayeh, or doubleanti
Linux: is Salem
C#: nvoigt,Troll_King
GD: Govtcheez or doubleanti
Games: again varied

Most definetly me!!! Just kidding. I really doubt you can tell who the "best" programmer is here by looking at a message board. Actually, I don't think you could have a "best" programmer in any of these broad subjects. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, but I would venture to guess that the better programmers are the ones who post a lot and are able to answer most of the questions idiots like me have
