    >I can be rest asured that no pirates will be screwing around with a copy of my Operating System. Those denegrates will have to turn to Linux.

You think XP can't be pirated?!? ROTFLOL!!

I have had a pirated version of XP Pro for...oh...4 months or so now?

Win2k has no copy protection, why would it be cracked? All I'm saying is cracked software doesn't work as well as the original. Some say that there is a version of XP that is not copy protected, well I guess MS made a bad choice. They should have incorporated product activation to all versions.

    Troll_King,

THE NASDAQ IS NOT THE ONLY MARKET IN THE WHOLE DAMNED WORLD!!!!

    >For all you degenerates who complain about windows products, maybe that's because cracked software is garbage.

There is not a difference single difference other than the crack.

    > They should have incorporated product activation to all versions.

ACTIVATION IS NOTHING MORE THAN A HASSLE FOR LEGITMATE USERS!!! IF I BUY XP IM NOT FREAKING REACTIVATING IT EVERY DAMN TIME I CHANGE A PART MS CAN EAT ME!

I think it was decent of MS not to include the product activation in the corporate version. If you are runing an IT dep with 5000 puters that would have been a nightmare to upgrade. The product activation will be more of a nuisance then really stoping pirat copies. I really don't complain about MS products. I like them alot. I just try to make you see things in a little bit more objectiv light. XP is not a secure OS and neither is Linux. You are pretty facinating, I don't know anyone that can start a better flaming thread then you. Sometimes I almost think you say all these things to get a good laugh out from our responses. Or do you really truly belive everything you say in this forum?

    >> MS is the largest corporation on the face of the earth.

    >Nope - that belongs to WalMart...

Kinda interesting Govt, Walmart is the largest in North America, but the worldwide leader is Exxon Mobil. I always though it was GM, but the general is third.
    Hey Dean, lookHere

And scroll waaaayyy on down to 79, (In North America) there's your beloved little Microsoft. Popular to beleif, world markets do not revolve around software companies (rely on maybe).

Oh and, I had access to the registry hack (for XP registration) before I had access to a ripped versionof XP, and that was 2 months before it was released. I still haven't installed it. Its just 2K with a candy coated GUI and a few new bugs that weren't ready for release with 2k.
And for the record, I like 2K!

Neat Drewpee, but I was talking total employees... AFAIK, Walmart has more total employees than any other company (except the gov't) at close to 1 million... I could be wrong on that count, too...

well... once again, and maybe I'm all alone here... but I'm not a huge fan of 2K... and you guys talk it up like it's so wonderful... I mean, it's ok.. that's what I use at work (where i'm at right now) but I stick with 98SE at home... 2K has too much of an NT feel for me.. (UGH)... (just my 2 cents... maybe only worth 1.5.. )

But I also wanted to say.. nice post Drewpee..
