This is a weird question, but has anyone ever encountered a job that someone with A+ certification could be employed in that is about programming or something similar? Like a summer job for 15, 16 year olds?

She was so Blonde, she spent 20 minutes looking at the orange juice can because it said "Concentrate."
When in doubt, read the FAQ.
Then ask a smart question.
